# Error "Order quantity exceeded lower limit"

📍**Solution:** This error occurs only on the Bybit exchange - because this exchange sets limits on the sale of certain assets. If your grid step is less than the limit set by the exchange, you need to reset or delete the strategy and set the position amount above the limit.

**Please note that resetting or deleting a strategy in this case is a must.** A simple grid change will not work, as the bot will try to sell the old steps, which will cause the display of this error and will not be able to buy new steps according to the new grid.

📎 *You can find out the limits for selling on Bybit exchange from this link:* <https://www.bybit.com/en/announcement-info/spot-trading-rules/>.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://hash7-gitbook.gitbook.io/en/faq/api-issues/error-order-quantity-exceeded-lower-limit.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
