# 2.1.6 Balance top up via OKX

1. Open the HASH7 application and go to the **"More"** section.\
   In this section, click on **"Account balance"**, then **"Top up"** and copy your wallet address.

2. Next, open the OKX exchange app and go to the **“Assets”** section. In this section, click on **“Withdraw”.**

3. Press on "Withdraw Crypto".

4. Select USDT.

5. Select "Exchanges or wallets".&#x20;

6. Select "TON" network.&#x20;

7. In the *“Address”* field, paste the copied address from the HASH7 app.

8. Go back to the HASH7 app and copy the **MEMO**.

9. Open the OKX app and paste the copied MEMO from the HASH7 app into the *"Comment"* field.\
   \
   ‼️ **IMPORTANT:** MEMO is a unique payment identifier required to correctly credit funds to your account. <mark style="color:red;">**This field is REQUIRED to fill in, since without specifying the MEMO, the funds will not be credited to your balance**</mark>.\
   \
   In the *"Withdrawal amount"* field, specify the desired amount for transfer.\
   \
   To complete the process, click the **"Submit"** button and confirm the transaction.

**❗️❗️Please note that after sending funds to the HASH7 balance, the transaction processing takes about two minutes, after which the funds will be automatically credited to your balance in the app. Transaction processing time may also depend on the load on the TON network.**
