3.1 Qualifications & conditions

The income of the company (system) is generated based on the sales of subscriptions and commission fees received from the trading profit of partners:

The cost of a subscription for one year of use is 140 USDT;
The commission rate retained by the company (system) amounts to 20% of the trading profit earned by partners.

Once the number of your team has reached 20 people, 3 of which were led by you, you get the qualification #2. At this stage, the earnings are formed from the following sources:

Qualification #3

Qualification #3 is assigned once your team reaches 100 members, with at least 5 personally invited by you, and at least 3 team users from different networks (up to a depth of 5 users), achieved Qualification #2. These users must have an active subscription.

These users must have an active subscription. At this stage, the earnings are formed from the following sources:

❗️Overcover or equal qualification achievement: if a user from the first line (personal) has reached the same qualification or higher (except #1), the affiliate receives 10% of the system income generated from the (personal) partner's trading profit and reward for subscription activation from the (personal) partner;

Overcover or equal qualification achievement also applies to the team, meaning that if in your team any of your partners (not personal) have reached the same qualification or higher, you will not receive trading profit and reward for subscription activation from your team partner and their network; ❗️The above restrictions do not apply to the crediting of Trading bonus❗️

Compression mechanism: what it is and how it works

The affiliate program has compression - a mechanism that redistributes the structure and income from inactive affiliates in favor of active users.

How it works:

If one of the personal partners does not renew their in-app subscription within 6 months, the account of such a user becomes inactive and is deleted from the system. As a result, all personal partners of the inactive user are automatically transferred to the higher partner in its structure.

💥 Additional bonuses:

🌟 Trading bonus (TB): is awarded monthly every first day of the previous month. The amount of the bonus ranges from 10% up to 40% and depends on the amount of trading profit of the first line partners (personal), starting from qualification #1 and up to #6 inclusive:

TB1 - At formation of the first line partner's (personal) total trading profit in the amount from 1000 USDT up to 5000 USDT per calendar month, the affiliate is paid additional 10% of the system income derived from total trading profit of the first line partners (personal);
TB2 - At formation of the first line partner's (personal) total trading profit in the amount from 5000 USDT up to 50000 USDT per calendar month, the affiliate is paid additional 20% of the system income derived from total trading profit of the first line partners (personal);
TB3 - At formation of the first line partner's (personal) total trading profit over 50000 USDT per calendar month, the affiliate is paid additional 40% of the system income derived from total trading profit of the first line partners (personal);

🌟 Leadership bonus (LB): is awarded monthly every first day of the previous month up to 10% of new subscription sales between affiliates starting at qualification #4;

At qualification #4 per calendar month, with two networks from 50 partners each, the affiliate is paid 3% of the cost of every new activated subscription from each of the networks;
At qualification #5 per calendar month, with two networks from 200 partners each, the affiliate is paid 5% of the cost of every new activated subscription from each of the networks;
At qualification #6 per calendar month, with two networks from 500 partners each, the affiliate is paid 10% of the cost of every new activated subscription from each of the networks;

In this bonus calculation, two networks with the maximum number of new partners are taken into account. The leadership bonus is calculated based on the qualification at the moment of bonus calculation and fulfillment of conditions. In case of overcover or reaching equal qualification the leadership bonus is not credited.

🌟 Ambassador bonus (AB): is awarded monthly every first day of the previous month in the amount of 10% of the system revenue generated from the trading profits of all customers and from the sales turnover of all subscriptions between users who reached #6. In case of overcover or reaching equal qualification the ambassador bonus is not credited.

For the purpose of attracting new users and forming teams, the following actions should be taken:

Providing extended warnings about the risks Users are exposed to when purchasing cryptocurrency, including an indication that the purchase of cryptocurrency may result in a complete loss of money and other assets (for example, as a result of price volatility, technical failures, and illegal actions);
It is not possible to guarantee the future efficiency (profitability) of activities involving cryptocurrency use. When indicators are discussed from the past, simulated indicators are discussed, and future indicators are discussed, it is necessary to explain how these indicators do not provide guarantees and how the conclusions drawn from them are probabilistic;
