# What should I do if I get a notification with Insufficient balance on the system balance?

📍<mark style="color:blue;">**Solution:**</mark> Pause by the system balance means that you have no funds on the balance in the HASH7 app itself. For correct trading, you need to have both funds in the exchange balance (for trading) and funds in the Hash7 app balance. It is important to have enough USDT on your HASH7 balance to pay the commission (20% of your income). We recommend having at least 20 USDT on your account balance in the app.
