Safely store backup keys in a secure location, preferably in a limited-access storage providing maximum protection;
Avoid sending API keys through instant messaging apps or storing them in cloud storage;
Exercise caution and be particularly attentive to emails that may mimic official correspondence from exchanges to prevent phishing attacks;
It is recommended to create backups of application security keys in case of loss or theft of the primary device to ensure account access recovery in unforeseen circumstances.
Implementing these measures will help ensure proper preservation and confidentiality of User personal data, prevent unauthorized access, and minimize the risk of data theft or loss. Users are advised to follow the provided instructions in the interest of their information security.
5. Storage of Personal Data
5.1 When determining the appropriate retention period for data, HASH7LABS LIMITED takes into account the volume, nature, and potential risk of harm resulting from unauthorized use or disclosure of data, the purposes of processing, and the possibility of achieving these purposes through alternative means;
5.2 When the User's data are no longer needed for the specified purposes, Hash7 undertakes to destroy, delete, or transform them into an safety form.
